1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Nam Sushi's website, mobile application, or catering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Ordering and Payment
Orders: When you place an order with Nam Sushi, you are making an offer to purchase our products or services. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering or according to the payment schedule specified in your catering contract. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
3. Catering Services
Bookings: Catering services require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice, subject to availability.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and mobile application, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nam Sushi or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nam Sushi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our services or any content provided by Nam Sushi.
